Ryan reserved 2 - 800 Summits 154" from Alpine for $149/Day each with a tank of gas and trailer. I will pick them up Thursday afternoon, but we will have to be back to Lindon by 5pm. We were ready to rent from Big Pine, but they would not guarantee we would get the M8 longtracks (might have ended up on M6's) - and after renting trailer it was $200/each. We will want to get an early start and will need to leave mid afternoon. Should have a great day - deep powder and powerfull longtracks  big_smile

I rode the Rhino in the snow a few times, but nothing very adventureous. Need someone to ride with (safety)... the snow is deep

I am in the market for a covered trailer now. I am not sure if your company builds them, but I would be interested to find out more. Price is an issue, just want an affordable covered/secure hauler that fits the Rhino. I believe I will need a minimum 6' 1" door opening (07 Rhino with 26" Bighorns). I would like a minimum 6'x12', although I wouldn't mind a 7'x12-14' with a low deck height - aerodynamic a big plus (easy to pull with 1/2 ton pickup). Lined floor and sides would be nice to keep mud/water from degrading the trailer and for easy cleanup. Thanks.

I am in! Will plan on the Feb. 15th. Ryan, if we rent from Alpine we will have to have them back by 5pm. Might make sense to get them from Big Pine - it would likely extend our ride time. BTW nice photo - wish I had an excuse to get the Rhino out  big_smile

Me too! Alpine (Lindon) rent the Ski Doo 800 Summit Rev XP 154"  big_smile
My weekend shot too! Looks like storms all weekend anyway... Maybe next Sat.? Friday a possibility for me also, might be better with fewer people up there. Those days good for you Jared?

"multi cylinder" is either the Teryx or the Ranger... I would go with the Teryx. Not sure if Honda's late entry (summer 2008) "Big Red" is "multi cylinder", but it is ugly  :?

#1365 Re: General Arctic Cat Prowler Discussion » Tires » 2008-01-26 17:08:01

I think so! IMO they are the best all around radial. Traction excellent in a variety of conditions, smooth ride and they wear very well (another forum member said he put over 3000 miles on his last set) Shortcommings: sideways traction not as good as some and they are a little heavy if you are in the sand. Hope this helps.
