Maybe Polaris will trade you for a new one and use yours for R&D…
wink

It would be cool to trade for a new one but could you really part with something that went through so much and served you so well, it would be like trading your first born child.  lol

Most sidexsides like ATVs have pretty good seals on all components, electrical, drive line and engine.
Vented properly with snorkels deep water (should) not bother anything for short periods of time in deep water.
Just about everything has some sort of drain like the belt case, air box and battery box that should be drained and checked after being in deep water.

Is it showing that the water temp is high or does it just act like it gets hot? Kinda sounds like the ignition coil or voltage regulator to me. They short out inside and get hot and do not deliver enugh charge to the spark plug. The harder the machine is working the hotter they will get. I have seen this alot in generators and ATVs.
Reminds me of an older post about the RZR doing something similar, I dont think there was ever a follow up post to say what the end problem was but it is one thing to check.
If it is a water temp thing check you coolant and flush the system out. Sometime people add the wrong coolant, some coolants can gell up if they are mixed and it will plug everything. Happend to my Ford F150 tongue
