So I go out in the garage and there is an 8 year old neighbor kid eating my battery.
I say hey you little puke, spit that out.
And he says my moms going to sue you.
I hate when that happens, little bastard.
Oldtrucks,
Thanks. Wouldn't have been much fun without him.
I still want to do the Marysvale to Moab ride.
Is anything else going on that day? Are there vendors?
Where exactly will this take place?
Is there an entry fee?
MORE!!!
I have to apologize. Our father passed away and we will not be attending the UTV Rally or
broadcasting it live.
Thats great news, I'll be in contact as we get more in place.
Thanks!
If I only had a half day an never been to Moab I would do Hells revenge.
Its not too technical but a blast to ride in a RZR.
There are some obstacles that are very technical but all have easy bypasses.
That is great news! I recommend you our of state guys print that and keep it with you
so Sgt Kelsey can be referenced if you get stopped.
Just a precaution in the event you friendly LEO is not up to speed on this aspect.
Can one of you AZ, NM, ID, WY people get an answer on reciprocation for your state and post it here?
Does your friend have a sister? A woman that can form her own stereo molds and weld AND owns a RZR is hard to find.
access it from the drivers front wheel well.
You can mount it just about anywhere you want.
Its plenty loud.
I will be arriving on the 11th and yet to be determined where I will be staying in my toy hauler. I was just wondering if anyone knows if the Moab UTV dealers and/or tire stores have a decent supply of UTV tires? I dont have a spare for my 28's and dont want to spend $100 + just in case I rip a side wall or something like that. I have the stock tires as a backup but they kind of suck clearance wise.
Lynn Nielsen
Lynn,
The Moab Powersports people are great. We pinched a sidewall last fall. They didn't have the exact tire we wanted but looked around and found a decent take off and GAVE it to us for FREE, even mounted it on the rim.
Since then I have a spare. It was a PIA and ruined our day.
There are plenty of stock RZR tire/wheels around to use as a spare. I recommend a front tire.
The sandstone ledges in Moab are notorious for pinching sidewalls. We tend to run the tires a bit low on pressure for traction
and that lets the rim pinch the sidewall much easier on the rocks.
Stoneman,
The typical guided rides should not need fuel.
Quite a few of us carry extra fuel just because we always do.
I'd say a typical ride is 6 hours with several stops.
I bolted the horn to a horizontal metal bracket just in front of the driver toward the center of the RZR.
Seems there was a bolt hole there that it fit into fine.
License plate holders around the cross bar above the rear receiver.
DO NOT over tighten the lighted LED bolts. Its a hollow bolt so it will break much easier than
a normal bolt.
when it gets this deep I would opt for chest wadders.

But......... since someone brought up Star Wars
 If I remember right the Jedi won the war the death star was blown up and Darth Vader was cremated on a brush pile out in the middle of the woods by his son. Bringing us to the destruction of the dark side.
I expect it will be Can-AM that blows up the dark side, then we'll all switch again.
