Has anyone ever used a Wide Band Air Fuel meter? I am thinking of installing a gauge permanently so I can keep the Rhino tuned for elevation and air conditions. It seems simple - weld a bung in the exhaust, mount the controller and gauge, run power and sensor. I assume a muffler shop can weld the bung. I have seen a setup on Ebay for $189. Anything I am missing?

Sounds like a Rhino is the perfect match for your needs! I might have one for sale after riding in the RZR S at the dunes...  :?

LOL, the dark side is winning.

I am wondering if there is a vacuum leak going into the fuel tank or leaking out. At a higher idle it would push more vacuum to keep the fuel flowing but could drop off at lower RPM's...just a thought.

Hows the filters? There are other sensors like speed sensors and others that might be a cause.

In addition to what Fasttrax said - check the rollover vent line for the fuel tank also. It terminates just below the Fuel pump - gromet into the frame/rollbar. RMD turned me on to this problem - most of them kink and create vacumm in fuel tank.

Installed my Bulldog ATV street legal kit (thanks Ruthless Motor Sports), got it inspected and licensed  big_smile  Now I have to take a Motorcycle (written) test, and a driving test in my Rhino for ATV license  :?

If anyone gives a shit, it was the Neutral Safety Switch.  About $60 not including labor at the dealer.

Absolutely! Not to sound condescending, but did you try starting with your foot on the brake pedal? I believe it by-passes the safety if brake applied, but maybe it is integrated in the circuit.
$60? Holy sh__! What was the labor?

Looks stout Ray! I like your idea of the integrated skid plate. Looks like the plate helps stiffen the front frame also? Nice touch with the width matching up a little better with long travel suspension.
