#813 Re: General Polaris Ranger and Polaris RZR Discussions » Front Sway Bar » 2009-05-08 23:33:54

Mine came off the Rhino yesterday after reading others comments. It does feel more tippy but the ride is better too. I think you will react to the turn than the machine reacting( rolling) for you.

Are you saying it is easier to react to/feel the turn? Or you will compensate for no sway bar?

I have to find an alternate route from my Motel in Moab to the arena (UTV Rally) or KOA. Maps do not show any cross or back roads from my motel  sad  Motel is 840 S. Main (4 lane - hwy 191) - any ideas? Satellite view makes me think I just run through a few parking lots and a field to get to 400 E. - East to Millcreek - circle around to Spanish Valley Drive and then south to arena (scenic route). I do not think Satellite map has been updated in a while  :?

#816 Re: The X Spot » Prowler, Ranger, Teryx - I'm confused! » 2009-05-08 22:53:04

Rhino or Teryx would be my choice! Rhino a proven machine and there isa lot of aftermarket parts available - I enjoy mine. Friend of mine had a Teryx that he jumped all the time and did everything in Moab full throttle - nothing broke - I was impressed. Prowlers seem to be having axle and other problems.  Ranger kind of big for my taste, but a proven machine. 2 cents please  wink

#818 Re: Events, Rallies, & Races » XTREME OFF ROAD SHOW & EXPO » 2009-05-07 18:50:27

This is awesome.  I will be in Fairview for a family reunion that day.  Fastrax and I will surely stop by.   big_smile

Anything to get away from a family reunion  lol
I don't have a reunion that day but will put it on my calendar  8)

Badley, I'm sure there will be plenty of food for you and Jenna at our reunion.  You should join us.  Then again, maybe this wouldn't be such a good idea.  You'll get to see our relatives and why we are the way we are...maybe more.   lol

Thats what I always say... "it's my relatives fault I am this way"  lol  BTW my better 1/2 goes by Jana - it was probably my speech impediment that has you confused (another thing my relatives caused  :? )

Hey newer member here, the Marysvale thing sounds like a blast, beautiful area. Two weeks ago I got another new hip so I am just barely getting around., maybe by then I will be "race ready". I am going to see if my wife and I can make it. Tell you what, the best treatment for hip replacement is a Rzr ride!!

Is that you Ranger Dave? A trip on the Piute would be great therapy - hope you can work it out  big_smile

Do you speak French ?  lol

Frame is not welded - clamps together... could be cool, easy to fix a frame if it held up. I heard they are out of business.

I waited for Yamaha's new product release Feb. - delayed until July this year and rumored to be a 4 seater. Waited for Can Am's release March 10th, they said no release in 09' and nothing definate in 10' - so I bought the RZR S.

when it gets this deep I would opt for chest wadders.   lol

But......... since someone brought up Star Wars  lol        If I remember right the Jedi won the war the death star was blown up and Darth Vader was cremated on a brush pile out in the middle of the woods by his son. Bringing us to the destruction of the dark side.

I expect it will be Can-AM that blows up the dark side, then we'll all switch again.

Sigh... that is what I am thinking  :?
