So all the pieces laying on the work bench should look like this----->

Now there is a solution for your front differential roller cage always breaking. You wont have to replace it ever again with those cheap plastic parts from the factory. You can now replace it with a Heavy Duty 6061 Hardened Aluminum piece that will stand up to any torture you can throw at it.
This part was made for those who would rather be riding than working on their machines! Whether you are replacing this from experience or preventing future break downs, this is one modification that will be well worth the time and effort. This part is the first part that breaks in a front differential when using a stock plastic part.
We offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on this product.

We have all heared about the sprague carrier failing and it happened to my personal RZR so I thought I would show you how mine looks and what can be done to fix it. It is crazy to think that Polaris would use plastic in their 4WD systems to save a few cents.
For those of you that dont know what I am talking about this plastic carrier is in the front diff.
When mine failed I was out to the sand dunes doing about 20mph. Maybe it had weekend, was cracked, etc before this dune trip but who knows.
Some misc pics of what mine looked like when I tore into it.

The new fix on the left.
Brad, I was hoping to see some of the hide racing footage you shot at the rodeo. I had a couple of good spills, and Jared had the mother of all spills. If you can, post them up. You healed up yet Jared? 8)
Brad got me a little bit of the hide racing but not much. I will talk to him and see if I can get some more.
I am not all healed up yet. Infact I think Im scarred for life.
Jared, pm me your address so I can send the pics to ya...

Thanks everyone!
Its to far for me for those dates but ya got a website?
I am in! Sounds like a great time to me! We can make the loop as long or as short as you want to make it. For a longer trip we could go up Pleasant Creek then head South to Gunninson over to the West Mountain and come down Log or Maple Canyon if you think you could handle it.
Lets get it planned! Any other thoughts out there?
That's the second time I have heard about that. What is a sprague carrier and what can I do to avoid a breakdown?
Fasttrax is right. It is a plastic piece that your entire 4WD is based off of. There is an aftermarket billet replacement that will solve the problem. We have them instock and come with a lifetime warranty. I will take some pictures and post them up for you this weekend.
Its not IF its WHEN! Platic in 4WD systems dont work to well.... ![]()
Great video Brad! Thanks for taking the time to put it together!

Just wondering who is coming out? Where ya camping? How long ya staying? ![]()
I think a RZR 4 with the Legend Air System, 30" tires, and power steering would be a sweet Moab rock crawling machine!
After one of the Rally on the Rocks rides a few of us went out to Hells Revenge on our own away from the rally and did some of the obsticles we were not able to do as part of the rally. This video is of a customer and forum member Martin and his sweet RZR 4. This is the only time that I have EVER seen a side x side come out of the Devils Hot Tub unroped.
Enjoy...
