The problem lies with the plate. I can't get one in cali. If most folks were willing to get all the equipment but had no plate I wonder if they would look the other way? We have also asked if we could get some type of 4 day permit if we had all the equipment. I would gladly put the stuff on and buy a permit if they would do it.

we are working on access from the koa. corey and jack foy are working with the locals that they know in moab trying to get this taken care of......I'm jealous of you street legal guys :cry:
