Try Atvonics.com we build all kinds of performace mods from SuperChargers to Solid Billet Aluminum long-travel suspension systems.
You can get a set of adapters to adapt the 4x115 bolt pattern to a automobile pattern, but running small truck tires like BFG weigh a lot and rob power.
Try a good set of 14 inch tires made for UTV's like ITP, or many others, even green ball has a new 6 ply radial tire designed for UTV's extra weight.
Try ATVonics.com we build a solid billet CNC machined long-travel suspension that is light weight and extreamly strong. It's +4 inches wider and has 14+ inches of wheel travel.
This suspension uses delrin bushings and Uniballs at the wheels instead of heim joints, the latest technology just like a desert racing trophy trucks.
With a suspension like this you can absorb whoops and cruse at full speed where never could before, the stability is awesome in corners, sidehilling or going through twisted ditches.
It's amazing the diference a suspension system makes for a UTV. It's also designed to use most any shock combination, KING, FOX, ELKA, Walker......
Wheel spacers can be a great add on for stability, but I dont recomind them any wider than 2 inches and you want to get strong light weight spacers to keep the unsprung wheel weight to a minimum. Much wider than 2 inches then they will eventually will put stress on the hubs and bearings.
The good ones are made from billet aluminum and are CNC machine cut to reduce extra spacer weight.
They are good bang for the dollars spent, but of course te best solution for suspensions is a long travel kit, not only will it add stability because it's wider stance but also adds more suspension travel.
The best suspension systems are CNC machined from soild billet aluminum, running delren bushings and Uniball wheel joints, just like trophy truck technology. It costs a little more for the best...
We have been SuperCharging the Carbed and EFI Prowler with great sucess, it really wakes them up so you can run the dunes and other power robbing conditions that suck the power out of UTV's.
Once we developed the power we needed, then we put on our billet long-travel suspension system so we could fly an land with anyone.
