Put the UTV with the front end up at a 45 deg angle and loosen the cap with the engine running and run the engine and rev it up every so often for 10 to 15 minutes. This will remove trapped air in the engine and the system. Also check to make sure the radiator is clear and the fan is coming on also make sure after it is warmed up that there is flow in the radiator if if there is no flow you need to test or change out the thermostat.....

Why not just get a new relay? If you want to run it all the time just go to the switched terminal next to the battery. It probably won't hurt anything to run it all the time (mine runs a lot during the summer months). I'd put a on/off switch on the dash so you can at least manually control the fan's operation.

It wont do him any good to hard wire the fan into a switch on the dash if he is not getting the proper flow. Both of you have good thoughts though.

First of all welcome to the forum! Please share with us some pictures of the riding in your area too when you get a chance.  big_smile

So... there are a lot of ways to answer your question. But before I go into a buch of info that you are not looking for what are you trying to get out of your Rhino? Higher top speed, more torque, all around performance, etc. A little more info from your end will help.

Where would you like to mount your guns? I may have some options for ya depending on where you would like them located.

I have a Rzr4 and really like it enjoy taking my family. If I had 3 little ones I would change the rear seats out with a rear bench seat from Twisted Stitch.
It is a Rzr S with more seats.

Thanks for the feedback, can I fit (qty 3) 5 point harnesses on bench seat?

Yes. If you run a bench up front and a bench in the back you can seatbelt 6 people.

Just so I know, are there different models of the rzr 4?  It's hard to tell on Polaris's web site.  I want the highest performance like the rzr S, not the stock rzr.

No. Same motor but different color options.

I would just check your local adds as well as bank repos and auction sites.  big_smile
