So very sorry to hear about your dad. We wish him the best!

KOH will be there next year. I am sure you are bummed out but family should come first as it has for you.

As for your rig... It is looking awesome! I can not wait to see it in Moab!  big_smile

This site may also help you in finding a great place to stay in Moab.

I was looking at another UTV message board and several people mentioned that the camp sites are all filled up now . (Other than the dry camp non reservable spots around Sand Flats)

I believe that the OK RV Park is the only one completely booked up. There are many, many more options. We are working on allowing dry camping @ the arena. I will keep you posted as this progresses.

Hopefully this will help answer your questions.

The headquarters for the rally is at the Old Spanish Trail Arena. All of the trails will leave from that location every morning and return there at the end of your trail. Some trails will need to be trailered to and others will be escorted by the local police. When you register you can pick whatever trails you wish. You DO NOT need to be street legal to join Rally on the Rocks.

For those staying in a hotel or rv park far away from the arena and are not street legal you have some options. 1) you can trailer your rig to and from. 2) upon arriving into Moab you can drop off your rig at the arena and leave it there each night locked up inside where only the rally officials and sucurity will be allowed to enter. A lot of people have done option 2 in the past and it works out really well.

Did that help?
