This is awesome. I will be in Fairview for a family reunion that day. Fastrax and I will surely stop by. ![]()
I'm officially street legal. I finished wiring up the license plate LEDs last night and took it for the safety inspection this afternoon. I was the third UTV the shop had inspected...it easily passed. I then tried out the DMV in Draper and got the rest of the business taken care of. I even got a Utah plate with the arch...appropriate for Moab next week.
I'm excited for Moab...anyone else? ![]()
New, complete in original box. Due to configuration of front bumper, decided not to install. $150 plus shipping.
I mounted the hole in an existing brace near the headlight on the drivers side. As for the license plate, I'm getting a couple electrical 'P' clamps that will fit around a tube directly under the exhaust. As for the lights, Fastrax told me that the inspection places want the light to shine down on the plate, not out from it. To make this work, I'm going to make a couple small brackets that will mount in the top holes of the license plate frame and mount them on the top (pointing down). I hope to get mine inspected tomorrow and licensed Thursday.
Looks super. Keep us informed as it progresses. BTW, it's great that Andrea has the desire to help you with the project. My wife wants to ride, but doesn't want anything to do with any of the work. However, to her benefit, she does take really good care of me and our boys. Regardless, way to go Andrea!!
Okay, for hells sake, it's cute. Are you happy now!?
BTW, nice picture of yourself in the rear view mirror. Nice thing you had clothes on. lol :!: ![]()
Looks super! We need to go get your RZR dirty though. ![]()
If Johnsand will keep out of the UTV scene it COULD happen! I wouldn't doubt this recall is the reason for the delay, or they could be adding a more sportier hopped up two seater to compete with that brokeback utility vehicle....HA HA HA!
Ya, they'll probably go the route that Honda did. That's pretty sporty and I could see you in one. lol!! ![]()
Not a problem. This simply indicates that the individual has excellent taste in both trucks and UTVs.

getting rid of your Rhino would be like buying a new pair of shoes, it takes for ever befor they feel right, you dont want to get them dirty and you ALWAYS want to go back to your old ones no matter how worn out they might be they just feel right
DONT GIVE IN TO THE DARKSIDE JUST BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING IT.
Nah, its more like having work boots and then putting on sneakers. Its nice to have both
but sneakers are fast and comfy.Chicks dig speed. And you'd be stylin in some new sneaks.

I got a response from him, and he's checking on it.
Chris
Awesome. At least it's being considered.
Badley has a good point. We both know you're not going to get rid of the Rhino no matter what. However, that doesn't keep you from joining the dark side and seeing how sweet it is.

Fastrax (Ryan), the Dark Side is calling for you to join the elite. Your master Karen has given you permission. Your Sith brothers are waiting.
Looks great, but couldn't it be made with 1/2" to save some weight? Regardless, thanks for the picture and nice work. 8)
Don't blame the RZR S, I think there may be a problem with the driver.
Peg says there wouldn't have been a problem if Jenna had been in the drivers seat.
