I am looking to potentially open a primitive campground about 10 min. from the Dells where you could ride. I am trying to see if I can get enough of a market to make sure I don't go under too quickly. I would really appreciate any feed back you could give me.
This would be open year round with the exception of about 2 to 3 weeks. It would be about 20 dollars per day right now but that is liable to change.

To ALL atv & side by side riders:
I am thinking about opening up apx 80 acres to ride your atvs & side by sides within 10 minutes of the Dells. I would open this up for you to ride on a daily basis or weekend with primative camping.
The cost is yet to be determined but guessing around twenty dollars for the day and a special weekend price and camping price.
The terrain is mixed hills and flat, dry and sometimes wet, maybe even boggs down the road.
THIS WOULD BE YEAR ROUND, with the exception of one to three weeks!!!!!!
