You are welcome Kyle.
We all had a great time at the Rally! I would personally like to thank you and your wife and also Chris, vendors, MC, and the manufactures (except polaris which did not even attend) the trail guides, City of Moab, local police, and all the people that attended the rally. Good times!!!
I have a video "Part One" that is uploading to youtube that will be posted up soon. I will be working on "Part Two" when I figure out this new High Def camcorder works with clips (thanks Brad)
I already want to get back!

Timgco, it was a blast riding with you! That was a lot of people for Moab Rim but it was still a good time.
I cant wait to see the pix you took.
Im glad you had a great time at the rally and hope to ride with you two again!
The adapters work really well and come in many different sizes and they will allow you to run any wheel made for the rhino. ![]()
Witnessed a lot of carnage today
Got some great video... will post some when I get back. So happy I made it
a lot of carnage??? More like A LOT OF CARNAGE!!!!
Wow! What an awesome day! I got to get the pix and video put up on the computer and then I will try to get some more posted up today.
I will say this.... We did "HELLS REVENGE" and for several of us it was HELL! lol
It is 1:34am and it has been a great day here at the rally!!!! I would share more but we are hitting the trail at 8.... time for bed.... I am told....
More to come ![]()
With the new RZR one of the things that we needed to change up is the interference of the brake pedal while pushing on the gas pedal since they are all the way to the right and very close together. The solutions we came up with is to eliminate part of the brake pedal.
The view of the stock pedals

We just took a cut off wheel and made a line on the outside (right) of the arm and cut this piece off.

The after view of the pedals

It is amazing how much room this little bit of pedal removed creates!
Just got back from the 2nd ride..... WOW!!!
More talking to come but here are a few pictures. These pix are from the first day.
Getting gas at the station. We can drive straight to the station from the rally location.

sidexsideforums new RZR getting broke in

We just picked up a new RZR a week or so ago and I am pleased to be working with www.sidexsideforum.com on this project. I am excited to see what can be done to this machine. After searching every dealer in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, most of Arizona, and Nevada, we found one in the nick of time in Overton Nevada at Overton Motorsports. (thank you) We had to drive about 6 hours one way to pick it up.
Well here she is stock.....

Let the transformation begin!
We just got back from the first ride of the rally... It was awesome!
To begin with the rally is well organized.
They started the day off with a drivers meeting and covered all of the rules, conditions, etc. The meeting was held in the indoor arena (very nice) where all of the vendors are located. All of the trail guides have color coded flags to help assist in arganizing the groups, etc. After everyone was in their respected groups we had a police escort to the different trail heads. Our group ran right down main street in Moab and the police had all of the traffic blocked off for us and we ran through red lights and stop signs. We all felt like VIP's!
We ran "CLIFF HANGER" which was a blast! We all had a great time and had no injurys or major carrnage which is great since it is only the first day of the rally.
We are off to do some bs'ing....
PIX AND VIDEO STILL TO COME!!!
Sorry there has not been anyone to help with this but I dont think to many people have this kit. You may have to be the "expert" on this subject for the next guy...
I would like to see some pictures after you get it finished. Good luck!
Nice before and after! How do you like your elkas? Whats next? hee hee
I am down at the Moab Rally and I had a chance to talk to a RUESCH dealer today. I will get him to chime in a bit on the subject when I see him again. He told me they have great things coming up in the near future. More info to come if I run into him....
I have really loved my 2" x 3" setup. They seem to be perfect for me. I have not tried a 3" shoulder to compare but the 2" are very comfortable. One suggestion though: Get sewn in pads, it is well worth the little extra money. The harness bar is really the way to go for propper belt placement. I have a black rhino performance bar for sale if you are interested in it.
