I might come out on Sat. (for the day). Jared - you have your Rhino for sale  :?:  Are you going to replace it? What are you going to ride at the UTV Rally?

I miss all the things you mention about Yuma (especially friends)... except for frickin 120 degree summers  (my reason for the "hell" reference  lol  ) Wish I would have had a sand machine when I was there  BTW nice Rhino - sorry you have to sell it - good luck!

Ill be there with the RZR. The Teryx is still under the knife or should i say cutoff wheel big_smile .  Should be a good time!

Martin - you should post up some photos of your Teryx mods in the Teryx area! Would love to see what you are up to and also hear your thoughts on the Teryx.  smile

Welcome Marc - sorry can't help. Maybe Max could tell you how to drop in a BRP Twin  wink

Welcome Rhinoracer611 - LOL I would take that job  8)

Welcome stainless - I have heard the same about interchangeability, but I do not trust the Chinese knockoffs... yet! I would spend another 1K and buy an 07' 660 - I have seen several dealer closouts for around 8K on the 660 and around 6.5-7k on the 450. For tooling around the farm and If money an issue, go for the 450 Rhino. Tried and true.

Oh and cant forget our makeshift sled; using the hood from an old Ford pickup. We could fit 4 or more on that thing.  We'd pull each other around the farm fields for hours.

Ha Ha - we did the same thing growing up on Grandpa's farm in Idaho! Except I think it was a old Chevy hood  lol

#1311 Re: For Sale & Want Ads » SOLD!!!! 07 RACE RHINO SOLD!!! » 2008-03-12 16:29:40

LOL ! BTW - I spent 6 years in hell (Yuma)  wink

#1312 Re: The X Spot » NEW TRAILER! » 2008-03-12 16:25:57

Do I get to claim a parking spot in that trailer for Moab? smile HAHA!

I don't think 3 Rhino's will fit  wink   lol

I have been looking at covered trailers - that is the only way I am going to UTV Ralley. Your trailer looks short Jared - what is the door height? I do not want to get a tall trailer but I am not sure the Rhino will fit in the standard door. Give me more info on the "checkerboard floor" also! I was thinking of painting epoxy on the floor and up the walls for easy cleanup and saving the floor - is this a good idea? Would the plastic cabinets be better on weight and durability?

Lifted a couple photos off local classifieds - I am sure the red one the one I spotted at Sand Hollow (UT) $2,200

Welcome g sport! Wife and I actually like the mountains and Moab (only been twice - once with my rhino) better than the sand (but sand is still fun). Started my life in Bear Lake Valley(Paris - to 7 years old). Was goin to ad a cage for my Grandkids, but...

When you going to Moab? I was thinking of going to the UTV Rally, but I agree with Ryan (Fasttrax) a smaller group ride would be more fun.

A bad day at the dunes is still a better than a good day at work.  smile

Good Point - it was a great day! Fair weather Ryan was the only one to "ditch"  wink  (missed you Ryan  sad  )
The air intake seems to be working great - believe it or not I had to richen the mixture, so I am getting more air than before! I don't get it - I had to flatten the hose a little in a few places and it is still connected to the RAIS?? I was worried about getting less air... It is much quieter in the cab - although it was hard to tell with the wind (and sand) whistling by my head  roll  8)  big_smile  My speakers developed a short, so after all that I didn't listen to any tunes  sad

Cosmo - the first 8 photos are above Silver Lake. The next 4 are trail to Mineral Basin (the last 1 in that group is on the opposite ridge above Silver Lake) as well as the last group of photos. Mineral Basin is above the mines where the trail ends at Snowbird (last photo). We love riding in the canyon!

...guess I should make the 'upload picture' button a little bigger so it stands out more :-)

...or maybe I should break down and buy some glasses  lol
