I believe it is about time for another great ride with our awesome friends here. Many of us have previously talked about both Sand Hollow and Mesquite in February. Either place would be awesome, however we need someone familiar with Mesquite to step forward and lead if we go there.
It's time to make a decision, it's time to take a poll. I will leave the poll open until Jan 21st. I believe we should shoot for the weekend of February 18-21st.
If anyone has any other suggestions please speak up immediately.

The BBQ was great for me as well.
Glad you all liked the Turky!
It was nice seeing everyone relaxing and sharing stories.
If I can find some time I will get some other pix and a video done for ya....
Where's the Video

I agree. We need some video. I'd really like to relive that trip with everyone. It was an outstanding good time. A video would help fill in the void until May.
Heads-Up. This doesn't change the fact that you need to voice your opinion about the proposed BLM recreational fee increase to Little Sahara, but I gave the visitors center a call today and found that we can currently get the 2010 season pass for $75. Ryan and I have to attend a luncheon for our grandmother's 96th birthday Saturday. I'm busy Sunday. Regardless, it might be a good weekend for everyone to go out and get a $75 pass while you can. I will certainly get mine Saturday morning.
This increase is certainly another attack on our right to ride. It is certainly hard to believe that the revenue their already getting doesn't cover costs there. I wonder if the Government is bound to TINA (Truth In Negotiation Act) as government contracting businesses are? (Truth in Government...NOT!)
I get jealous every time I see the videos of all your great rides out west, even more so today as I spent 6 hours plowing 11 inches of snow around my town with an ice cover windshield.
Keep up the sweet vids.
Titan, we've got a bunch of snow here too. Luckily, it doesn't cover the whole state. Utah does have a lot of neat places to ride. If we can't get enough here, the surrounding states also have a lot to offer.
You should consider joining us on the Moab ride in May: 'Rally on the Rocks'. Great people, great rides and the ultimate good time.
Keep in touch...let's make it happen.
Just need money!
Pry your wallet open. You just got some good money from a law firm who ripped off money from a bunch of people. You have the money!
This would be a great addition to the Rhino. With this, you could actually look as cool as the rest of us. ![]()
Thanks Jared...Great Vid!! I've been being entertained by plowing the driveway, but I'm ready for the sand. The red sand looks especially nice. Talk with your dad and see when him and your mom are ready to go to Mesquite. Feb?
That's awesome Dave. When your finished with it, how about picking up my RZR and having them put one on it. Actually, if the time was right, I'd just buy theirs. That ride was unreal.
Not for me this weekend. McKay has a bunch of tests he has to take to determine if he's eligible for the Advanced Learning Program. The first one is this Saturday, the last is next Saturday. So much for a couple weekends...:x
Just inspecting the skid plate!
Looks like a few skids on the underside. After a tumble like that, did you check your bottom to see if it looked similar?

That is 3,300 miles of sliding across rocks. That UHMW is AWESOME!
I just bought some 1/2" UHMW for my snow plow blade. I understand it will wear better than steel. Should be interesting.
Your right. After 3,300 miles it has held up extremely well.

Great pictures...mine were just good. Some video would be a great reminder of an outstanding day with everyone. As Dave said, I cannot think of a group I'd rather spend time with. FUN, FUN, FUN!!! It was also great to see David and Becky. They need to come out more often.
I would like to make it out there friday what time and where are you guys meeting?
Lets meet at 10 at sand mountain. That work for everyone? That will give it a chance to warm up a bit before we hit the trail.

Brodster500, are you familiar with Little Sahara? Just want to make sure.
Also feel free and call me @435-851-3637. Call me or PM me your number.
See ya there!! ![]()
I'm in for Friday.
A few memorable pics of many...

Just wanted to let everyone know that I had an absolutely awesome time in Moab. Aside from a bit of rain, I don't believe things could have been any more enjoyable. The rides were great and ALL of our fellow riders were outstanding. I personally cannot think of any group of people I'd rather spend time with. Thanks to everyone for sharing in some incredible memories. BTW, we expanded on the memories on our trip home.
Be sure to visit the attached link from Mr. Kryptonite above.
Thanks again to everyone that was there!
