Depends on what the majority sell for. Here in Utah most rhino 660s are going for 7500 or less. I personally would look at miles, mantainance and accessories. If it is going to cost replacement of fenders or tires to get it in shape I would would use that as a dealing tool. Low mileage would be the key for me. How bad do you want it?
My wifes Honda CR-V could have done that. ![]()
The biggest problem there is today is most people are upside down on them. I paid more for both the Rhino and RZR4 (asking price) then high book due to demand. Most people won't dump them for less than others on the market unless they need to sell quick or have clear title and just want out.
I was glad to get out of my rhino last spring before the 660 value tanked but I still took a good hit on it as well for the money invested. If you have cash in hand and they have a title they will be hungry to sell too.
Check ksl.com classifieds. There was a guy parting out a rhino the other day under utv parts

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Are you ready for a new RZR XP900 with 88HP? (675 cc)
The comment is more funny when you had to watch them get in back of the rhino.
Yea I am being hard on them but I do think polaris has one of the best machines out there for the sport market, however I still have a love for the rhino for plowing three winters of snow and toting around a family of four in it. I gave the cylinder a drink of muddy water, bent the rear frame jumping with about 800 lbs of human in it. It had some engine flaws but not those of Polaris.
We put these things in places that are more brutal than the dunes or mud. That is one of the reasons for buying the extended warranty cause I know if it doesn't fail on it's own I will break it. It was the rzr4 that honestly made me decide to jump over to Polaris, if yamaha could have produced it with a larger motor I would have looked there first. I am excited to see what's next.
Is ruthless donating prizes for the best guess?
I will say a new utv that has two wheel drive, lighter frame and close to the same motor, two seater and it will be something like a RZR ss(sand sport), lower cage too with HIDs.
Just a wild guess! ( if not it's a oversized battery operated powerwheel)
I just want a solid machine that won't break when I use it offroad. Polaris needs to focus on a reliable powertrain that won't fail before adding more power to it.
A machine that wont break when you use it offroad?
Ummm.... have you seen the way you drive!?!

ha ha ha....
Jumpin in 4 wheel drive shouldn't blow the plastic spraque in it even if you stay on the throttle when you land and have four adults in it. I'll buy me a smart car and tuck 44" tires under it and show Polaris how it should be done ![]()
I'm hoping by the rally time anyway. The 27" bighorn is on my list of wants too.
I would say wait until Jan 1st to see what Polaris releases. I have a feeling it will be a sportier ranger or a 2 wheel drive dune rat with more cc.
The four did well. There was one obstacle that was tricky being on a turn. With the four I find some things actually easier than the rhino days, additional lenth does not bother me but another inch of clearance would help.
I wanna see the rzr4 being winched up. ![]()
