We didn't test that one, but based on the 10 we did test, I'd say your best bet for maximum power would the power commander, so you can remove fuel from the stock curve. If you can't get to a dyno to test it, though, I'd run the stock curve. Adding more fuel will reduce power with your pipe, most likely. But, I can let you know what all I have tomorrow, if you're really stuck on having one. ![]()
Chris
What kind do you have? I have a pipe. so I dont need one? A cheaper one would be good
What pipe do you have?
Chris
Thanks guys, looks like I definitely will disconnect the front sway bar. I'll see how Friday goes before messing with the back one. How about running taller tires? I have a set of 28's I was thinking of throwing on. Any Issues with being to high or tippy?
You ought to try it both ways and see which way you like. I like both disconnected for the RZR, because the swaybars are too stiff to achieve maximum articulation as Jared shows in his thread.
Chris
What kind of fuel controller are you wanting? I've got a ton right now.
But, if you want my honest answer, you probably don't need one.
Chris
I'll be running by long travel RZR without the rear swaybar, as well, and I think everyone with the RZR S would enjoy it more with their rear one disconnected, as well, but that's just me.
Chris
I'd definitely get rid of your front swaybar all together for all conditions. It's way better without it. For Moab, where it's continual rock climbing and rarely any high speed stuff, I'd also disconnect the rear swaybar. After doing so, I'd raise the shocks to the highest preload, as well, and then you'll have the ultimate stock setup for a RZR without a doubt. I did this in Moab last year and the difference in traction and the reduction in wheel lifting was insane.
Chris
Shannon is coming on this trip...his screan name is redman.
I'm sure he'll bring you whatever you need.
Chris
The RZR is going together nicely so far. Tomorrow I hope to get it done, then maybe drive it a tad on Monday to make sure everything is working. It hasn't been ridden in over 4 months! ![]()
Chris
I'm trying to get him to come...we'll see.
Chris
Hey guys,
I spent some time with Trey Lokey from MCX-USA this past weekend at Glamis. Here's a pic and video:

Check out the air at the top of Lizard Hill:

We can do whatever...I'm just there to ride and have fun...I don't want to plan anything.
I just want to ride these hardest stuff with can find...not into high speed stuff, dunes, sand or stuff I can ride elsewhere. I want to ride big rocks. We didn't have winches for Pritchet, so we turned around after a bit. It would be ideal to have winches and/or good tow strap with some big boys on them to help pull up some of the bigger ledges. But, in you guy's normal fashion, you don't like ropes, so I'll stand there and watch and get some great pics! ![]()
Chris
Pritchet?
Chris
How about Poisen Spider Mesa Trailhead at 8am on Friday? I'm planning on leaving AZ on Wednesday, so if anyone wants to ride on Thursday too, I know me and Shannon will be there.
Chris
Jared, did I hear you bought a Turbo Kit for your RZR?
You may have.
Ya know how internet gossip goes. lol
The answer is no but I can understand how you may think that I did because of how fast I drive!
True...I'm trying to get Trey from MCX-USA there, because his RZR is so freakin' fast. You should be a dealer of his kits...
Chris
Can I make another rule for this ride? ![]()
NO WHINERS ALLOWED! ![]()
Just kidding...sort of!
Jared, did I hear you bought a Turbo Kit for your RZR?
