This is hard to guess on but the oil coming from the airbox may have come through the breather when it was inverted, Also some may have gotten through the piston rings also, Did it blow out a lot of blue smoke afterwards :?: ,and how much oil is still in the crank case :?: ,I Hope the T-Map sensor is not Contaminated :?: ,I would look at these before takeing it to the dealer
1. Oil level.
2. Is there oil in the intake :?: .
3. Pull the plugs and clean them if needed.
4. Check for spark.
5. Check your fuel level, How much leaked out :?: .
Remember The Polaris T-MAP sensors are not serviceable according to the service manual and at this point you are the first on the UTV sites I have heard of this problem, But have had this issue with cars that have had K&Ns installed I think you are on the right track on the oiled air filters  .
The sensor in the intake could cause a major problem and it is called a T-MAP sensor, if it gets contaminated with oil from the air intake it will give false readings to the computer, It monitors air intake temp and barometric pressure for altitude and tells how much fuel to provide the engine, It could cause problems if it gets oil in it, You need to remember that your ECM only monitors the intake for the fuel calculation as well the TBS sensor so what happens after it is not monitored and would not see a lean condition, if the intake says it is all good on its end, it passes the buck at that point with nothing watching the after math, The only way the engine knows there is a lean condition after the combustion system is the o2 sensor looking for what is coming out of the exhaust and it would not no a lean condition at this point without a o2 sensor, these ECU do not do that, they are not that smart, When you make intake and exhaust changes you need to do it the old way buy seeing what the plugs are doing or the new way use a gas analyzer to see how thing are burning, On any dirt bike if you put a exhaust on them you need to add more fuel for it by changing to a bigger jet size, that is what the fuel modules do, Your code 25 is a transmission input:invalid gear code and that needs to be looked at also, My guess at this point would be a faulty T-map sensor due to oil contamination from the air cleaner, But that is a guess not being there to look at it my self. :?: .
I am not sure why you are getting an invalid gear on the transmission code 25 but that is the first thing to check then I would Check your TPS setting on the throttle body, If the TPS sensor is sending incorrect voltage to the ECM it would cause a lean condition and shut the engine down, You really need to look into a injector control module do to the fact that you will have a lean condition with the pipe, running to lean will melt the engine down :!:, and the Polaris ECU only monitors the incoming air and has no idea what is coming out do to the fact there is no O2 sensor like what a car has, so if it is way to lean it has nothing to look at You need to check your Plugs and see how it is burning the fuel:?:  , I will think on this a little more. :?:
No problem. I try to check the site twice a day unless I am out camping. ![]()
You need to remember this, If you have allready received the ticket from the ranger for being over 50 inches it is to late to remove the spacers and be trail legal :?:
.
This was the first i have heard of them but this is what i found out, the product is made overseas and they had some problems with a cdi made for the DS650, here is that link http://forums.atvconnection.com/message … 460265.cfm
They are based out of irvine california and here is that link

This is a very new and un-tested box even stateing it was re designned. till it gets a better name out there and i hear more about it i would not use it in my ranger, I am also very leary about there claims of 20% gain. I need to see Dyno numbers for that claim of 10 Hp. :!: .
The issue really is not the filter and you are correct it is the sealing of the air box, It is also were it brings the air in also, I still do not think on the newest generation RZRs that they have completely fixed the problem, as for the after market filter elements they do put more air into the engine but also do not filter as well, I know that there is some company that make a snorkel kit that gets the air inlet out of the dust but have not seen it yet my self. It is also were you ride, some places in the country are way more silty then others.
If you own a ranger XP 2005 to 2006 The ECU of choice is the one from a sportsman 700 efi atv, The 2005 and 2006 rangers are detuned to the 40 horse power level from 45HP due to cam and ecu calibrations, the 2007 runs a different cam and ecu. It will run the sp ecu but need to run the sportsman cam or one of the aftermarket cams but will still lose the rear end unlock, The ECU part number is 4011560, You can use a sportsman 800 ECU but will cause you to over fuel the engine without a EFI controller like the one from power commander or boondocker, The 700 sp ecu will work well all the way to a moderate level of modification, If you have a 2007 and latter Polaris you need to look at the ones from dirtydawg and mountain performance but remember they will not do much on a stock or near stock machine, Will help a lot on a well modified machine with a cam and exhaust. :!: .
Do not worry what the manual says on this, I would start with one setting stiffer and see what happens, do not go more then two setting at the most, If that is not enough EPI makes heavy duty springs for most Polaris ATVs and UTVs but looking at my catalog does not show RZRs yet but that does not mean that they don't have them yet, they are comeing out with a new catalog soon, ![]()
Grant check out the posting I put on OEM parts on this site, I think the site is www.polarispartshouse.com
Remember that compression will change a bit as it breaks in, you are starting all over again with this rebuild, Starting to see some winter here finally, Going down to 30 tonight but will be in the mid 80s on wednesday. will be in the low fifties during the day and 10s to 20s at night in late November, will need rain for snow though.
I am also glad to see that it finally came together for you

MTM products has a large line. I am impressed to see them attempt the seats.
I used to purchase from MTM back east and know they often put you in voice mail and most of the time resolve the issue without contacting the customer back, not the best way of handling the issue. I would try and find a e-mail address and talk to them that way. Anymore most people work best on e-mails to hide emotions.
It sounds like Zeb has tried all the proper approaches including e-mail and they are just not giving him what he paid for and blowing him off after paying them, Till I look into this a little further I would not recommend them from what I have read on his post :!: .
I will do a little looking into this and see what happens
