Not sure you will ever get much "kick" out of the 450. CDI will help top speed and adjust the timing curve for slight power increase. Intake and exhaust will help it breath better and should give you a little power, but will probably make it tempromental like my 660.
I 100% Agree.....
So who is planing on showing up?
Anyone need help with anything?
Im going to order tube tomorrow so I can do some work this weekend so if anyone needs any door bars harness mounts what ever speakup.
Well you might still find someone that still may be interested here in your race but it is looking like you are the only one at this time with your amount of interest in it. Like they said earlier in the posting that when there is no prize money why drive hundreds of miles and beat up your equipment in a race for a five dollar trophy and risk destroying there rides just to prove something. It is a little different when you go out on a weekend trail ride with your buddy's because at that time you don't push your equipment at a 110% through the whole ride like you would have to do in a race and also on a trail ride there is no one trying to push you off the trail to get in front of you for that five dollar trophy. I think it is great that you are willing to help people to prepare for it also and that is very kind. Anyway good luck on your race and stay safe.......
It is way to lengthy for me also. about the time i get started i forget what it was all about......
I wouldnt be surprised if it was true, politicians are shady people.
I would agree. I know it happens in california.....
Girls, guns and trains... I think :? Something about health care too
Sounds like a video you might find on one of thoes pornifacation sites
but I wouldnt know anything about that.
ROFL... my gut hurts  BTW - Why don't you drive over here for the Moab trip Titan, you can head up the entertainment committee 8) Rangerdale, you too!
Thanks for the invite but due to the limited cash and distance and that we also put everything away every the summer we cant make it. We are more winter people then summer people...

After doing some more research it looks like Pismo dunes has dodged the bullet for now. There is a lot of confusion out there on this and Yamaha even said they were closing it on several sites but then came back and said that they were not closing it. As fare as i can tell the state beach just north of the dunes is still going to be closed. I guess we will see how things go next year on future closures.....
Well I just found something that said it was being considered but was removed off the list for the time being. But on the other hand i found this thing from saramento listing the closures on the link below. Take note on page 5 of the PDF. The information from my dad was some months ago and things may have changed. this is the first i have looked into it my self. I will also dig a little deeper as well on what changed and where it will go. :?: .
I doubt highly pismo will be closing anytime soon.
Well i do not have this info first hand but my dad who is glued to the paper and the news every day and night said due to budget issues in Sacramento and cut backs that they are closing it. I personally don't go there any more due to the racket they have going on there but i have many, many friends that still go there. It would be nice if anybody has any information in regards to this without guessing  . As fare as my dad is concerned it is still happening but never kept the news paper articles to show me
.
When your done send her over to me :!: :!: :!:
.
There you go again "Titan" getting off track again
.

I was having trouble with my 08 RZR, wasn't running right, no power. I was on the forum asking about the problem and guys were helping me out greatly trying to figure out the problem. Long story short, it ended up being a bad fuel pump. I called my local Polaris dealer, they told me that it wasn't a servicable item and I had to purchase a whole new tank and assembly, It was 460.00. With advice of Rangerdalexp, I took the fuel pump assembly out of the tank and dissasembled it. It is very easy to come apart. Had it apart in about 20 minutes with the fuel pump in my hand. I went to my local auto parts store and handed the pump to them. They ran the numbers on the pump and can't get it. We tryed matching up a few and nothing. The RZR needs 39 pound + or - 3 pound to run. I have a 1993 Jeep Wrangler with a four cylinder in it that I know runs at 39 pound. I asked the salesman to give me a fuel pump for a 93 Wrangler and to no avail, it is EXACTLY the same pump. It is an Airtex E8335 pump. It is the same, the wiring plug is identical and it will fit in the existing Polaris plastic cage and the Polaris fuel filter will even fit on it also. Order an Airtex E8335 pump and put it back together and happy riding. Thanks to all the people who helped me get this thing going again. I greatly appreciated it.
You are correct Grtrnd1 and very good info you PM'd me on. After looking under the 2009 Rzr's they do show a pump and I would think it would work so I will post it and maybe someone can fill in the blanks if there is any difference :?: .
POLARIS FACTORY RZR's FUEL PUMP "2521011" ASM-FUEL PUMP 1 $215.79

.
Thanks but no thanks, I have slowed down the last 5 years after 30 years of pushing the outer envelope with much faster stuff. Over the last 5 years I started to realized i have been very lucky but some of my old friends have not and are now just memories in my past
 .
Well i don't see any pictures :?: . Remember that it will only work with certain picture formats. I know that Jpeg and Gif work but have had trouble with other formats. If you need to convert them you can use something like Pixillion image converter which has a free trial version available  . here is the link to there site.
http://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/index.html
When you post on the site remember to click the icon on the tool bar with the mountain and the sun then click browse to look for the picture that you want to use and then open that picture file that you want and click upload then highlight then copy the IMG file to the bottom of your message. where you see the submit icon click the one next to it called preview to see if it worked. If it looks good click submit then your done. If you upload the picture and it shows to be an incompatible file you will need to convert the image to another format. I hope this helps....
