Jim,
Thank You very much for the invite to St. Anthony. I very much enjoyed riding with you guys. Looking forward to doing it again.
Any pix?
We will not be able to make the loop. We will be coming back down the same way we go up. It will make for a great day!
Well, as long as we keep moving we should be alright. I have a map that shows the canyon that Hanging Tree is in meets up with Rock Canyon Road at the top, is that doable? I know when we ran it last time we circled around and down Axhandle Canyon, but the map shows Rock Canyon just to the south and a good road down it. Just a thought...
The problem with making the loop is that there are to many locked gates now. Some of the land owners that I talked to were not happy with people cutting locks, cutting fence, hooking up to gates with there trucks, etc. They even put up cameras and caught some of the people doing it.
To make a long story short and to keep the land owners happy we are coming out the same way we go up. I didnt want to push the issue and not be able to ride there at all. It will be fun coming down it as well it will just take a bit longer. 8)
OK, I finally got someone to answer the phone at the manufacture of the Pro One door place. They no longer make them and did not have any left for the Rhino. The man that I talked to said that a guy that use to work there is making the doors under a different name but he did not know what it was. All I know is that his name is Brett.
I'm looking into it. If any of you out there know anything about this please let me know on here or by phone @435-851-3637
Thanks!
Sorry you had to experience the bad weather while here in Utah! :x We had a great group ready to come out and ride with you! Be sure and let us know if there is a "next time"
BTW did you get your weights figured out?
