Nice looking machine Darryl.
Do we get a "get out of jail free card" for going backwards around gravity hill and down I street and 6th east?

It will make one hell of a photo op if we want to be on the cover of people magazine in front of the Utah state capitol building anyway.
LMAO...Great photo for sure!!
And its sad to say but the other side of the isle is not any better. I hope we can weed out all the fakes and find some true leaders that actually see whats going on and are willing to stand up and take action.

Good question. Where do we park our trailers?
I spoke with my Uncle who attended the rally last year. He said they had no problem staging everyone at Liberty Park last year. Many trucks and trailers unloaded there, some drove their whole outfit through the parade. I'm planning on parking at Liberty Park, however I wonder if there is a backup plan in case the rally is bigger than they project?
BTW, I've also been told that you ride from Liberty Park to the State Capital and follow the same route to return.
No and No.
Last year we staged on 4th south from State Street back to about 5th or 6th east.We had a few parking lots around downtown to park tow rigs etc and offered shuttle service back and forth.
This year we are staging all parade vehicles in and around Liberty Park but we can not "park" in the park. We have a very large parking lot reserved for tow rigs etc to park during the event. We also have buses to take people to and from the park and parking lot and the capital and parking lot. We are trying to get parking at the Capital as well but that may be for the people that show up for the Rally only and are not in the Parade.
The parade is one way only. We Do Not return to Liberty Park.
We will be updating the website almost daily with more info and also a map of the Parade route and parking lot.
Thanks
.
This differs from the information I was given by my Uncle who has, in all seriousness, never misled me. Regardless, I am listening. Where do you suggest we park our Tow Rigs and how do we return from the Capital? I do not see anything on the 'takebackutah' website at this time.
Where can I park a long trailer? Can I get the RZR to staging area from there without LIO hassles? It is street legal

Looks great. Nice addition to the beautiful landscape in the background.
I will be there too. We should identify a place to meet so we can all ride together.
Please leave August 28th open. This is the Take Back Utah Rally and Parade. I would love to see a large turnout from the sidexside community.
We are also looking for volunteers and donations of course

Thanks
Looks like a great spot! Be sure and post up some pix along the way!
Ditto! Looking forward to progress pictures.
I like this idea. We'll talk soon.
Fasttrax told me he is out (Family Reunion - that is even more reason to go
).
Lame. If he and his brother go, that would be a family reunion... 8)

The engine braking is certainly a plus!! LOL!! Okay, it's growing on me...shhh...I'm kidding. In actuality, I'm a fan of yellow...I do like that.
Not to bash it at all, but from the pictures, I'm not impressed. (personal opinion) Maybe it will get better when I physically see one. However, they have done great with the powerplant...incentive for Polaris to step it up on the RZR.
I remember when the RZR first came out and a lot of people did not like the look of it either. It took about a half day before I really liked the look of the Can-Am. I think once you see it in person and drive it you will warm up to the looks.
Maybe, but I was one of those who has always liked the look of the RZR and Rhino. There's some things you either like or you don't. It's possible the pictures don't do it justice...I'm looking forward to physically seeing one.

I like the idea of riding the skyline drive north to the old Tucker Rest Stop also, then on to Schofield, etc. This would a good long ride. I'm in for sure!!
