#333 Re: Goin' Riding... Who's with Me? » We just got back from MOAB! » 2010-10-22 22:47:04

A small group of us just returned today from Moab, Utah! We arrived Tuesday at dark and started to ride right away at HELLS REVENGE.     The moon was out and it lit up the trail just enough to do about half of it with NO headlights on!   We even did Hells Gate in the dark but with our lights on of course. What a rush! Wednesday we started off with Behind the Rocks then moved on to Area BFE and finished up the day with Strike Ravine. Thursday we began with a quick run through Fins N Things over to Hells Revenge and then a run through Steel Bender. Friday we woke up to rain and got a late start but headed off to Gold Bar Rim and back over to Metal Masher and back to the trucks just in time for dark to set in.

TRUST ME..... WE HAVE SOME GREAT VIDEO AND PICTURES TO SHARE..... STAY TUNED!!!

Well just finished day 2 of riding the rebuilt RZR really HARD in Moab, Utah. It has been driving great and seems to be back to normal if not better than it was before the wreck. I am so happy that it came together so well.  big_smile

#336 Re: General Discussion about Yamaha Rhinos » any issues with 07 660 rhinos? » 2010-10-20 22:18:29

There is nothing that I can think of that is a major known problem for that year. I would just look it over real good in the front since it has been plowing snow its entire life and if it looks straight and clean and its in your price range go for it. How many miles does it have on it?

#338 Re: General Kawasaki Teryx and Mule Discussion » battery keeps dying? » 2010-10-20 22:12:36

Do you have any aftermarket lights, sound system, winch, etc? Just asking because there could be some wiring done wrong and that is where your drain is coming from.

Welcome Ryan!

We would be happy to share ideas about your ride and how to make it higher. First though, what kind of riding do you do? How high do you want to go? This will help us give advice and send you in the right direction.  big_smile

I agree with Fasttrax. Rhinos are a bit noisy but a good system overhead will help. Check out these from SSV WORKS. Ruthless Motor Sports can hook you up on pricing with great service.  big_smile  435-851-3637

I know somebody on here has to know how to bypass the governor..... roll

This can be achieved by installing a Dynatek. Real simple install too.  big_smile  Give Ruthless Motor Sports a call and they will take care of you. 435-851-3637

We all know what a pain it is to check the oil on a RZR and with my bench seat I found myself not wanting to check it at all. I put a dipstick relocate kit on it. Moves it to the rear passenger wheel well, Makes it a lot better.  big_smile

There is certainly some really cool aftermarket stuff out for the RZR, but this has got to be one of the most worthwhile aftermarket goodies I've seen yet.  Like you, I find myself not wanting to check the oil.  Consider two of them sold when you get more in.  BTW, still waiting to hear from you on the anti rattle grab bar clamp...remember?  BTW, I would prefer that it be black aluminum, but will take either.

Sounds good! Do you want me to ship them to you or??? I have your name on the Rattle Stop in Black Aluminum as well.  big_smile  In stock  big_smile

Great looking RZR!  I took notise of the rear view mirror mounted on the top roll bar.  I currently have the concave fat one that Rocky Mountain ATV normally sells.  I like the looks of yours better, and yours seems much more stream line.  Did you order it online?  If so, could you post a link to it?   Thanks!

Thank You for the compliment!

The mirror is made by AXIA ALLOYS. www.axiaalloys.com I am VERY happy with this mirror. It is more money than what you paid for your mirror from RMATV but it is much better. The construction, quality, looks, function, ect can not be beat. The great thing about this setup is that it has ZERO vibration in it at idle or any speed!

You can order them dirrect from their website but if you want to save some cash call and ask for Jared- (thats me) @ Ruthless Motor Sports. 435-851-3637

They are avail in Satin, Clear, and Black Anodized

I need new tires on mine. I was thinking these would look good tucked under it.

Those are made from the same manufacture as mine. However those may be a bit on the big side for your RZR 4....
