Sorry to hear about ur cat I know how it is to miss a cat that has been around for a long time.

You should contact the ASPCA and let them know someone is killing cats, they are the FBI for animals and will get police to help catch these people. I know they are based in NY but im shure they can help. http://www.aspca.org/about-us/contact-us.html
GOD BLESS the person who started the bikini.
Gave her my vote.

I think this says it all!
Took the Rhino in yesterday for the spacers and the mechanic knew I was going to put the sway-bar back on so he just left it alone and I got my old wheel studs as well just in case I want to remove the spacers some time.
Yamaha Hotline: (800) 962-7926 if anyone has a question about it.
catalytic converter on a lawnmower.
LMAO!! I think im gonna bust my gutt laughing......ohhh...... it hurts......
I wonder if gas mileage is an issue with lawnmowers as well. ![]()
If you use it in the woods alot you might enjoy it off. To me it is more stable until turning fast, then it makes you want to slow down.
Yeah im looking into building a set of quick disconnects like people use on jeeps. The thing is that I tow a mower alot and im always on side hills and the loss of and stability would suck. I have unhooked it befor and tryed it and it is better in the woods but really scarry at slow speeds on side hills. ![]()
Ok so this thing about the sway-bar was burning my ass. I called Yamaha to get to the bottom of it.
Come to find out the dealers have to remove the sway-bar and keep it for 90 days ( after the 90 days I wasnt told what they did with them)BUT the person I spoke with at Yamaha said that it is part of the Rhino and it does belong to the owner of the machine and if the owner wants the sway-bar back the dealer has to give it to you along with all the parts that go with it. The dealer has to remove it thoe to cover the recall.
I was told I should not put it back on.
It will be back on as soon as I get home.
So dont let your dealer keep parts to your Rhino if you want them back.
So I went to the dealer today to get the new VOLUNTARY recall for my Rhino and come to find out you can not get just the spacers. If they put the spacers in then they have to remove the sway-bar and return it to Yamaha. If you want just the spacers you have to pay $200.00.
They are going to take the sway-bar I payed for and I dont have a choice in the matter. Doesnt make any sence.
I told them they could keep the spacers and if they wanted my sway-bar then they would have to pry it from my cold lifeless fingers. ![]()
Id buy the Rhino now. You can always sell the 09 if you want the 2010 when (if)
it comes out. Thoes pictures of the 2010 Rhino have been around for a while now but no others have come out, hard tellin, not knowin what the 2010 will be like.
Im an impulse buyer, so thinking something over would drive me nuts. ![]()
Thanks for the post, looks like a good set up. I checked out your site, the only question I have is what kind of viewfinder does the GOPRO camera have? Im guessing it must have some sort of viewfinder, is it like an LCD screen or is it just point and shoot. I dont know much about cameras but I know my Kodak easy-share doesnt like Rhino rides.

welcome to the forum Queep.
when do we get to see some pictures of your crew?
Dont know if this will help but here is a link to a web site with microfiche for what i think is your machine. This will give you a good idea what it will cost to rebuild your motor. ( if you know what you need) It has a list of every part in the machine and where it goes.
best of luck
RHINO! I have a 700fi and I work the hell out of mine mowing feilds and plowing snow and its a great machine in the woods, fits in some tight spots and plenty of ground clerance. I had a larg (not sure of the weight, it was hit by a truck) 8 ponit buck in the back last year and it fit fine. I dont know what the differance is between the 700 and the 450 but I have heard that the 450 has plenty of power to do its thing and can hold its own.
I am guilty of posting that one too  (before I bought the RZR). For the record, I am not gay - I ride with my wife
And you still own a Rhino. ![]()
If your kid is dumb enuf to eat parts off an ATV/UTV you have to ask your self, Are they smart enuf to even ride it?
Or could this all be a part of bad breeding, lets face it some people shouldnt be alowed to breed.
I think the words of Forest Gump say it best. "Stupid is as stupid does."
