We have a CDI that is made by Dynatek but is designed for a supercharged motor.  It works great on a naturally aspirated motor as well because the programing changes don't come into effect until the motor reaches a higher RPM than your stock motor will hit.  If you do end up putting a supercharger on later you will be set.
