Those pic's looked awesome. I am looking forward to trying some difficult trails very soon to see just how good the SxS is off road.

So far I have really enjoyed it. I am very happy with the purchase and I am glad that I bought the '09 instead of the '08. I look forward to riding with others every weekend. My friends mostly have Rhino's and another one just bought the 1000 Prowler this past week. We are going to compare the Prowler/Rhino/Teryx this Sunday up at Crown King.

I am looking for a friend who is in need of the stock hardtop for his Rhino.

There is a guy in Phx that will sell his to you real cheap. I just bought the hardtop and windshield from him and he still has the stock black cage left to sell. His name is Bubba and his phone number is 623-521-5123.

I tried to buy a Rhino but the dealer would not give me a goo trade-in for my bike. Went over to the Kawasaki Store and they where more than willing to make the trade.

So, I now have the '09 Teryx and tomorrow will be my 2nd time out riding it on the trails.

That sounds good, too. Just keep me informed as we get closer to the end date. smile

This sounds like fun. A weekend of camping and wheeling. Keep me posted on the event.

I would like one that will compare to a Suzuki Samurai or Jeep Wrangler. I can buy one of those for the same price more or less so I am looking for a model that will equal or better them on the trails, rocks, hills. We want to be able to carry 2 people plus camping gear, fishing gear for a weekend trip or more. I don't need it for work, so it doesn't have to tow the most or haul the most weight. I want a ruggedly built vehicle that will take some trail abuse - not that I plan on driving it like I stole as I believe in the Tread Lightly theory of wheeling. Since we live in AZ, we will make it street legal. What vehicles are easier to convert than others? We don't care about jumping sand dunes, as that is not really our favorite type of camping. It would be nice if it will fit inside my F250 truckbed, but if it can't I do have a trailer to haul it on.

The RZR has too small for what we want to do, so that vehicle is out. A 6 seater is out as it is too big in size. All of your input is greatly appreciated.

Hey, I'm in Goodyear and as a fellow newbie to the site and to SxS I am looking to trade my 2006 Suzuki GSXR1000 in on one. I hope to find a group to ride with and show me around the area by way of the SxS's. I have ridden most every curvy road in the Southwest on my sportbike and now I am looking to make the move over to trail riding in the Southwest. Good luck on your find and maybe we will hook up for some rides.

Hi all,

I am looking to sell my 2006 Suzuki GSXR1000 and convert over to side x sideism.  My wife and I want to do more camping and fishing and my truck is just too big to enjoy all of the Arizona trails with. Any suggestions on what will be a great off roading  4x4 trail vehicle to purchase for our first side by side? I would like something that will take out and back on something more than a dirt road.

Thank you
