If you can make it in May I would suggest checking out the rally that takes place down there. http://www.rallyontherocks.com It is a great event! As far as where to stay my favorite hotel is Aarchway Inn on the North end of town. http://www.aarchwayinn.com They have plenty of safe trailer parking too.
Side x Sides can be made street legal in utah. As far as Moab goes once your street legal you can not drive on any 4 lane highways, including main street.
Be sure and keep us posted when you come out and if you would like to have some other people to ride with you there are a bunch of us on here always looking for a reason to head to moab!!!

The windshield that riverdad has is the best full windshield out there. I am a big fan of the half windshield though. The bad thing you have to deal with while running a full is that once it gets a little dust on it and you pull into the sun you cant see because of the glare. Now with that style he is talking about you can fold it down any time really easy on the trail anytime you wish. I personally dont like to put up with the glare so I run a half with the lip on it. These do a great job keeping the wind off of your face at full speed and do help with dust. One other option if you are set on a full is that you can put windshield wipers on it and even run a defrost kit with it. Hope that helps a bit. Got any other questions from what I said? Hey atleast there is no snow on the ground! We have snow on our dunes (little sahara, ut) 
Im sure you already know that there are a million mods for these RZR S's even though they are great out of the box but do you have plans for any additions yet?

Fasttrax is right. You could put the Legend Air system on them and with a push of a button you can lower your rigs to load in your trailer- reach your riding spot and push a botton to get it to normal ride again. I sure love mine!

I just want a solid machine that won't break when I use it offroad. Polaris needs to focus on a reliable powertrain that won't fail before adding more power to it.
