Can you post up some pix of it? THX ![]()
Well there could be several things fighting against you... Without driving it and seeing it, it is hard to say but here are a few things to note.
Jetting: With the installation of your exhaust and air filter, etc your jetting is def way off. Jetting is very important in the power department.
Weight: Longtravel, beadlocks, etc do add quite a bit of weight. Look at other options to help shed those unwanted or needed pounds. Weight makes a huge difference on the sand and up hills. Alot of sidexside owners will have several sets of wheels and tires to swap out when riding different areas. Your beadlocks are great for rock climing, mountains etc but are way to heavy for the sand.
Tire pressure: This is a VERY important thing to pay attention to. While on the sand drop your tire pressure and you will notice that the lower you drop it the better you will climb up the hills. We run between 3 and 4 psi while at the dunes.
Good luck!

Here are some pix from today.
We headed out at 9:30 and the sky was totally blue and sunny! We couldnt have asked for better weather. It started to cloud up for our last hour and a half. The storm was moving in. That means one thing, fresh snow for Friday.
We popped over a ridge and saw a pair of these. Can you see it?

ha ha... 8:15 it is.
Lets meet in the parking lot of Walkers. Cell phones dont work the best in Fairview so if you have any change of plans call me Thursday night if you can. I will be up late. Heck I might not even sleep Thursday night!
I have some pix of sleddin today that I will post up in a few...
Nice pix Brad.
Good to see your rhino is ready too. Mine on the other hand is going to take a full day to clean all the hay out of it... :x
Ryan, I would stay in the park too if I had a sweet toyhauler like yours! Some day... Im just having a hard time finding one with a hot tub in the back. ~Anyway you already know your going so why are you trying to tell us otherwise? hee hee
Glad to see your coming too Magnum (sandahauler) It will be good to see how that raptor is running now.
I think we should just meet where Fasttrax is talking about. What time you all thinking? We should arrive around 9ish.
I am going to head up to do a little sledding in the morning so I will let ya all know how its looking up there this week.
Jk Had to rub it in a little!
We can be there at anytime so I guess it just depends on how early you want to get your butts out of bed!
Sounds cool! Be sure and post up some pix when you get it back. I am interested in how you like the exhaust as well.
They are loud! I am working on a creative way to mount a sub to add to a system like that as well. GOT SANDS MTX set up is awesome as well.
I am getting excited for this sleddin trip! Heck Im getting excited for this entire weekend! Weather looks good all around! I was wanting to go yesterday but couldnt so I ended up playing around my house in the fields.
Do you guys know what time you want to meet yet? Are we just going to meet at Walkers in Fairview?
The weather is going to be beautiful!!! They said low to mid 60's last night.
So is there no way Brad and Ryan can come down together, or is the trailer thing the problem? I would like to stay till Monday.... maybe longer with weather like that! I will have to talk to Dave and see if that is an option for him and his girl.
The last few days down here have been beautiful. Blue sky, lots of sun, and warm!

Here ya go...
