I think Redman makes a good point. That engines swap seems pretty sweet. Just not gonna be the easiest thing nor the fastest thing to do.

You just have to make sure your hood is latched. My dad has an RZR and it seems like it's latched all the way till you get going then it comes loose.....

#9 Re: General Discussion about Yamaha Rhinos » Crunching noise from back brakes when stopping » 2008-06-23 10:06:34

I've had this problem before also. mine was caused by accidently driving around witht the parking break on....hahaha mine will still do 50+ witht the parking break on though...hahaha

Anyways, it's not bad and it's not worth changing the pads out either. I just left mine it eventually went away.

hahaha yeah, i might not hit any huge jumps, but you just never know. It's a weakness I have I guess you could say....

I have stock suspension on my rhino, but I have Walker Even shocks. I blew one of my rear shocks out while jumping.

I was wanting to know; If i was to run stock rear shocks on my rhino with aftermarket front shocks, would it hurt anything?

I dont think it would at all, but I was just curious.... smile

I'm running stock suspension with Walker Evans shocks. They make a night and day difference in the whoops and jumping...
