Thanks for the info! I'm sold on it..... probably give you a call soon on it. ![]()
Great looking RZR! I took notise of the rear view mirror mounted on the top roll bar. I currently have the concave fat one that Rocky Mountain ATV normally sells. I like the looks of yours better, and yours seems much more stream line. Did you order it online? If so, could you post a link to it? Thanks!
Thanks for the welcome. Interesting that you mentioned a problem with the decals on the Skyline. Last week I noticed one of mine starting to lift on the front edge. I know this is bound to happen, especially in our climate here in the high desert, but I just bought the darn thing less than six months ago. Maybe superglue will work  Overall, I love the trailer so far. I can fit my RZR in the back even with the double bunk beds installed. I'll keep my fingers crossed on the frig not going out.... that sounds expensive.
I have a fairly new Toyhauler, Skyline 240 Rampage which I believe is running on Goodyear ST225/75R15-D's. My dealer destroyed one of the tires just moving it to an RV show just prior to my purchase (I suspect it was due to low PSI, all the tires had only 45 - 50 PSI when I bought it) This did not give me a great deal of confidence in the tires. However, I just took a trip to the Mammoth Lakes area in California and put the tires into a massive pothole the size of a VW at 65 mph. Thought I was going to loss at least one tire, but came out unscathed. While there in Mammoth, I dragged that trailer over about 5 miles of dirt road containing volcanic obsidian stone. Not a single slash in any of the tires. Maybe I was just lucky.
I can't speak towards their longevity (Haven't had them long enough), but the Goodyears seem to take all the abuse I've given them. Knock on wood.....
The 2011 RZR S has new plastic on the frontend. This new design allows better air flow to the radiator and looks cool in my humble opinion. I think Polaris made a change to the roll cage on the 2011 model as well. I believe the roll cage change was made in an effort to reduce overall cost along with the tire and shock changes. I think the 2011 is about $1,500 cheaper. (I suppose that number depends on your dealer)
Hello all! New to the forum... I'm from the Socal area and have been rideing quads for several years. Bought a 2010 RZR S a couple months ago and it is a blast to ride. Your forum has some great advice on repairs/Mods so I thought I would stick around for awhile.
