Yes there was some mods, just after getting the injector problems fixed we then received the notice, they really blew it on this one because they sent the original renewal stating no smog required and then held the check and the tags for six weeks, with just 3 weeks till the registration was to expire they sent another notice that we incompleted the process and they now want the thing smogged now :x . It does have the banks six gun bundle and air intake, the air intake has the E.O. order but the six gun bundle does not at this time, according to my phone call to banks engineering they said they have submitted the paperwork to CARB for the E.O. orders but they are taking there sweet time to process them. They said the Exhaust is good as long as the Cat is installed but I will need to remove the Six Gun for the test. According to banks engineering the state has rushed this test program into law before they were ready, The whole thing is typical California government B.S :evil: , It goes in for testing on Monday .

As for your vent lines I would extend them as high as possable :idea:
