I started building a cooler rack, then I will do the bumpers and tackle the light bar.  I'm still getting use to the tube bender I bought as I have never used one before.

I am really happy with them...  I've had them on trails, mud, and this past weekend the red rock of sedona.  They perform very well in all terrain I've had them on, oh and they feel like you have power steering on pavement.  I currently run them around 12psi.

I changed my cdi box to an aftermarket, but carry my stock one with me just in case.... no spark out on the trail.  Glad you figured it out.  So did you get an aftermarket or go back to stock?

Watch ebay I've seen some there, I actually found mine looking under rhino and asked seller if they had some that fit the Cat.  $225 for my set of 14"

The only reason to build a 50" unit is to pass the cattle gates in Utah on the GWT or Paiute Trails.  I've riden both and one trip from Salina, UT to Lake Havasu, AZ on quads.  Being on a 800 Sportsman seemed to just squeeze through those cattle gates on the trails.

But I agree I like the width of my Cat also.

Nice.... I really like the seats, and the speakers.  Where can I find a pair of those?

Looks good, I would like to see some more pics from the back, that roll bar is interesting.  Want to see how you tied it into the frame.

Nice Cat!  Are you a year rounder?  I'll have to make the trip down there this winter, check out some of the area.

This was taken the day I put the new rims and all terrains on.  The 7" HID's are just temp. mounted until my bender comes in.  Then I will be building a light bar & adding another pair of HID's.  Also plan on building bumpers, nerf bars, cooler/gas rack and possibly a roof rack for those long rides where you want a few extras with you.

I've added a CDI and 4000# winch on a receiver and wired for both front and rear.

I've had a few different gps units, both garmin and magellan.  The one I use now on the cat and in the car is the Magellan Crossover has color touch screen, comes with both topo and street maps, and a dust cover for the trail.  Also has voice directions on street maps.

Use the one, both, or none switch used in boats, can find at any boating store, or even auto parts store.

I've helped my buddy change two belts on his rzr out in the dunes.  Now I haven't changed one on the prowler yet.

I've been told this is the nature of the beast, my sportsman 800 does the same thing as my Prowler.
