Topic: Rhino Front Pre-Runner Bumper w/gusset plate
Here is a new front bumper built by KorporateX.Let me know what you think. Good or bad. Thanks for the feedback.RayKorporateX
Looks good i would put a winch plate and some light tabs on it.
looks sweet. The lower part of the vertical bars should go farther down to help objects deflect under the frame. i would like to find one that i dont have to take off when I put on my snowplow.

I am working on a skid plate that will attach to the bumper and flow all the way under the frame and replace the stock plastic skid plate under the front. Thanks again for the feedback.RayKorporateX

Looks stout Ray! I like your idea of the integrated skid plate. Looks like the plate helps stiffen the front frame also? Nice touch with the width matching up a little better with long travel suspension.
Ray that is a great Idea and one of the best prerunners I have seen. Nice Job.

It will help stiffen the front and adds a little more material to the front A-arm channel.I also sell just the front gusset plate by itself without the bumper. Thanks again for the nice words.RayKorporateX

Id like to see some pictures of the skidplate when its done, if possible. one other thing is Im looking for a bumper that has tubes that run along the front fenders back to the roll bar, kinda like what you see on alot of rock crawler buggies. I spend alot of time in the woods and im always squeezing between trees. A little side protection would be nice.

I still need to make the bottom skidplate to replace the stock plastic one.As for the tubes that run along the fenders, I will have to work on something like that but it will need some way to be easily removeable.
i was going to put a slug bolted in the ends of the front bumper and welded to the fender tubes and on the roll cage where the bars bolt together at the dash i was thinking some sloted holes in a flat adapter plate attached to the end of the fender bar. that would mean you only have to loosen the bolts to remove the bar. That was my plan. If i had a mig and a pipe bender that is.
